- Excellent computer skills

- Ability to communicate clearly in a timely manner while dealing with multiple tasks
- Experience with Twitter, Facebook and online customer support systems
- Knowledge of technical terminology used in web applications
- Proactively seeking out and responding to customer issues and questions on Twitter
